The dispute is applied when you are unhappy with your purchase. You can submit a dispute with your bank or credit card firm to get your money back.

The customer may file the dispute for various reasons, including disappointment with the item, an intentional dispute, etc. Therefore, the bank charges the reversal fee, and the money is transferred out of business. Unintentionally dispute

The customer may have unintentionally filed the dispute. The customer has no idea why they were charged back after making a purchase on our site.

Unsatisfying or non-delivery
It usually happens when a customer returns a product because they are unhappy with it and dispute the charge, or they dispute the charge because they believe they never received the item.


Friendly fraud happens when a buyer intends to return the product and receive a refund from the bank. While the inquiry is ongoing, the bank can issue temporary credit.

Our Right to Take Action

The bank reserves the right to investigate any complaints filed against it. After that, we’ll provide our reason, complete the necessary documentation, and return it to the bank to reclaim the improperly withdrawn cash.
